NExTLab Team: Melissa Iraheta, Tony Yu
The XR Exhibition was designed and fabricated for the Studio 40 (mArch). It is an analogue base that will actively engage with the student’s design proposals to site through an augmented reality interface. The model will be a long standing public exhibition outside of the NExT Lab at the MSD and will be a key part in 2021’s Melbourne Design Week. The FabLab Team was engaged to design, fabricate and install the analogue model. The NExT Lab Team produced the AR interface.
Made from treated Accoya, Brass, with custom steel bases.
